He promised he would have things up but has lied in the process. Here is what he said on 3/17/2011:"Hi MichaelWire was received and our team is getting everything ready for you. We will advise when good to go. David " A server takes only 24-48 hours to get going. It's now a month over. Also he said he would get back to me about a refund. And he still has yet to. Do not do business with David Bataille if you can avoid. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- #2 REBUTTAL Owner of company Refund Given, Client Impatient AUTHOR: David Bataille - (United States of America) SUBMITTED: Friday, April 29, 2011 We admit there was a number of issues deploying this server. Client was advised that a refund would be provided if the service was not ready. On Wednesday April 27, 2011 we communicated to the client that a refund would be processed and in his account no later than Friday April 29, 2011. client was too impatient and decided to threaten us with legal action. It was mistaken that an email was sent Wednesday April 27, 2011 end of business day indicating the exact date the refund would complete, however the email was saved in drafts and not sent, we apologized for that minor over sight. Refund was issued in Full on Thursday April 28, 2011 This issue according to the client is resolved. here is a posting: Today April 29, 2011 as promised, client received the wire transfer and was supposed to remove reports and they are still present. we communicated and provided a full refund as promised.
