Fictitious "malicious users" on his fake ISP blamed for spamming

Here's an example of the type of fraud perpetrated by Blake Corbin. When the IP addresses leased by his fake "hosting company" are caught sending spam, he blames it all on non-existent "malicious users" and claims they have been removed.

This email relates to a fake ISP called "Mamba Hosting", a DBA of Blackstar Marketing, who reported to Spamhaus "The email was not sent under the the instructions or with the knowledge" of his employers, and that he was later fired for stealing address lists and code. (Blackstar Marketing was later bought by Adconion Direct, which was bought by Amobee).
