As a seasoned advocate for making the Internet a safer place, Peter has over 20 years of experience under his belt. His two main objectives are to protect internet users by supporting them to build systems that help eliminate abuse on the internet.

Before becoming professionally involved, Peter started his career as a programmer. However, his passion for anti-spam activism eventually led him to join the MAPS team as Director of Online Operations. Since then, Peter has held various technical roles, all aimed at stopping network abuse.
