Spammer who cons people into "legally mailing to opt in lists" with him, then sends spam to harvested addresses via hijacked virus infected PCs, fully criminal. He spams his own "email with me" ads in the same method. Sued multiple times with huge judgements pending. In the summer of 2005, a court ordered him to no longer break the law.
