All domains globally that have been recently observed by Spamhaus researchers are listed on the Zero Reputation Domain (ZRD) feed. If the domain in question has recently been observed by Spamhaus, it will appear on ZRD for a limited time.

New domains typically don’t send email in the first 24 hours. Email administrators utilize this blocklist to protect their users from receiving emails sent from newly registered domains that may be compromised or contain phishing links, spam, malware and ransomware.

The domain will be automatically removed from the blocklist after 24 hours.

This lists newly registered domains for 24 hours. Domains that have just been registered are rarely used by legitimate organizations immediately. Meanwhile, bad actors will register domains and immediately use them to send email-borne threats.
