defendants' Player's Club Exchange, Inc., Henry Greenwood and Pete Greenwood
are jointly and severally ordered to pay damages to Disney pursuant to 15
U.S.C. 1116(a)and 17 U.S.C. 504 in the principal sum of Five Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($500,000) per mark infringment, totaling Two Hundred and
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,00) in statutory damages for infringment of the
Disney trademark and an additional Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars
($250,000) in statutory damages for infringement of Disney's Copryrights.
The defaulting defendants are ordered to Pay Disney's attorneys' fees in teh
amount of Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($13,600) and costs. Judge
