Listed by Spamhaus? Here's what to do... |

|
If you are reading this page, it is probably because email messages you are sending out are being rejected by mail servers around the Internet that use Spamhaus blocklists to filter incoming mail. Spamhaus only lists IP addresses (we do not list email addresses or domains). To find out if your IP Address is listed on one of our 'blocklist' databases, enter the IP address in the box below and press "Lookup IP": If your IP address is listed on one of our blocklists, this lookup function will tell you which one (SBL, XBL or PBL) and will give you a link to the exact record. Follow the link. The record will explain why the IP address is listed and what to do to remove it. If you do not know what IP address to lookup, check the email 'reject' message. The IP address is a series of 4 numbers separated by dots (like "1.2.3.4") and is normally visible in the mail rejection 'Undelivarable' message you are getting. A typical 'reject' message from a server using Spamhaus' spam-blocking system looks like this: 550 5.7.1 Email rejected because 1.2.3.4 is listed by zen.spamhaus.org If you can't find what IP address to lookup, or are not sure what an IP address is, please contact your local technician or your ISP for assistance. |
